Corporate excursions around Moscow. On foot and by transport
In the fall of 2025, we developed three routes for the developer Rodina—one for each district, for brokers and clients. This wasn't just to show homes, but to help people get a feel for the location and understand what they're paying for here. Today, we're talking about Peredelkino. This is the longest and most comprehensive format. It's not just a stroll, but a full-fledged trip that works for both brokers and clients: the former provides information and arguments, while the latter gets the feeling that the district is "theirs." How the route was designed: We start from the sales office and head to old Peredelkino. Even on the way, an important effect occurs: people see how the environment changes in a short time—from a typical residential area to a quieter, greener, more prestigious, and intimate space. For brokers, this is a powerful tool—to show things visually, not just with words. Read more...

In the summer and fall of 2025, our firm organized and conducted a series of tours for the developer Rodina. Three custom routes were developed for the project, each dedicated to a specific residential complex and its surroundings. This article describes the program for the Rodina Park residential complex in Moscow's Mozhaisk district. This area required special preparation: the route was created from scratch, including an on-site visit and a detailed survey of the area. How the route was designed: The tour began at the sales office and, step by step, revealed the historical layer of this part of the city through the dacha culture of Kuntsevo. Before its incorporation into Moscow in 1960, this was a prestigious suburban area, and it was from this context that the guide introduced participants to the area. On the walking route, participants were shown the dacha of the Filippov dynasty, renowned Moscow bakers. Read more...

To understand the format and why it's structured this way, the firm usually starts with context. The developer Rodina approached us with a rather unusual request: the company has several residential projects in different areas of Moscow, and the goal wasn't just to "show off" something, but to create comprehensive tour programs around each residential complex. The audience for such programs is twofold. First, are the brokers selling apartments. It's important for them not just to know the floor plans, but to understand the neighborhood, to be able to "sell the environment," to convey the story, the atmosphere, and the future. Second, are the clients. Some have already purchased an apartment, and then the tour becomes a pleasant bonus. Others are still choosing, in which case the tour becomes part of the funnel: they want to get a feel for the place and fall in love with it. Read more...

We organized a weekend excursion for SFT Group, a company the agency has been working with for several years. SFT Group commissions this series of itineraries from us year after year, and the 2025 excursion plan also included a number of walks: Patriki, Zamoskvorechye, Presnya, Khamovniki, and Preobrazhenka. On this program, Maria led the tour of Basmanny and Vorobyovy Gory. And on December 13, the group also planned a "Sultry Places" tour. Some of the participants on the Basmannaya excursion had been to the area before, but they knew little about Basmanny in general, so the guide's explanation was a major revelation for many. Along the route, the guests saw the many places and interesting buildings hidden between Novaya and Staraya Basmannaya. Read more...

Not every new district in Moscow allows for such a coherent discussion of industrial history, urban memory, and contemporary architectural language. That's why our bureau's latest signature tour was dedicated to Zilart, a district that grew on the site of the former Likhachev Automobile Plant. This time, the tour included developers from the Samolet company, who have chosen our bureau for tours before. Previously, the guide had led the same group on a walk through Zamoskvorechye, where the discussion focused on residential complexes and the historical environment. This time, the focus shifted to a completely different urban context: an area undergoing large-scale redevelopment, where new architecture literally emerges from the industrial past. Read more...

The sightseeing tour, led by our guide, Valeria, was an unforgettable experience. The Artek teachers chose the symbolic beginning of September to enjoy Moscow at night. The tour departed from their hotel on Novoslobodskaya Street. The first stop was Red Square, where the group admired the splendor of GUM and St. Basil's Cathedral, illuminated by the lights. Next, the group headed to the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. At the observation deck of the Patriarch's Bridge, which offers a panoramic view of the illuminated Kremlin, Valeria explained the history of these majestic structures. The next stop was Vorobyovy Gory, where the participants admired the views of Luzhniki, Stalin's skyscrapers, and Moscow State University, taking souvenir photos. Guide Maria led a personalized tour for the vibrant developer Samolet in Moscow, where clients wanted not only to explore modern residential complexes but also to delve into the history of their neighborhoods. The guide and guests strolled through Zamoskvorechye, explored Bolotny Island, and concluded their tour at the Cathedral of Christ the Savior near the Kropotkinskaya metro station. The "Samoletchiki" were particularly interested in exploring the architectural features and the connection between the past and present. The tour began at the Novokuznetskaya metro station, where guide Maria explained the toponymy of Zamoskvorechye, the historical significance of street names, and the Church of Poroskeva Pyatnitsa. The tour participants walked along Pyatnitskaya Street, discussing Art Nouveau apartment buildings. One of the highlights was a discussion of a door in one of the buildings, which, although it appears Art Nouveau, was only installed in 2018. Read more...

How do you organize an unforgettable nighttime tour of Moscow for a couple hundred teachers from Kyrgyzstan and Russia? Our tour agency has the answer! In mid-August, we organized a personalized adventure for teachers who had come to the Russian capital to explore its majestic streets and iconic landmarks. The three-hour tour began on Olympic Avenue, where our guests were amazed by the scale of the famous stadium's reconstruction. A guide on each of the four buses explained local attractions, including the rich history of Grandfather Durov's Corner. As darkness fell, Moscow at night lit up the tour participants with all its lights and colors. The tour participants traveled along Moscow's main ring roads, admiring the Garden and Boulevard Rings. Thursday morning began with a fascinating tour for employees of Talant, a company actively expanding into the Moscow real estate market. Our guide took the group on a tour of the Exhibition of Achievements of National Economy to immerse them in the country's national character and history. The tour began at the Monument to the Conquerors of Space, where the importance of teamwork was emphasized. The guide led the participants through the main entrance to the central part of the exhibition, where the influence of art on modern life was discussed, using the example of a cable car inspired by the TV series "Guests from the Future." A group of cellists were in for a personal Moscow discovery, and our guide was delighted to introduce them to a new itinerary. This customized tour was specially designed and organized for a delegation from various regions, including Kazakhstan. Guests were met at the Helikon Opera and led on a fascinating journey through Moscow's streets. The tour began with a talk about Bolshaya Nikitskaya Street and the buildings housing the Helikon Opera, built on the site of an old estate. The guide then led the participants to the Mayakovsky Theater, where they learned about its architect, Fyodor Ospovich Shekhtel, and the history of the theater, which once embodied the revolutionary spirit of Bolshevik propaganda. In Moscow, even excursions for teachers turn into personal adventures! On March 29, delegations of historians from across the country and even abroad—Armenia, Kazakhstan, Minsk, Belarus, and Transnistria—gathered for the excursion. They had arrived for a training course but were eager to explore the streets of the capital. Tired of a busy schedule, the teachers were eager for a new experience, and we were happy to provide them with that opportunity. Our six guides met the groups at three buses. One guide joined each bus, and the six groups set off on a journey through the heart of the city. The standard route began in the Alexander Garden and Manezhnaya Square, where the guides showed the guests the grotto, the riding school, and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Read more...

Atmospheric places of Moscow in the company of Yandex
Moscow's Front and Secret Places for Yandex
A year ago, we organized a drinking tour for Yandex near Moscow State University. Today, we're summing up our collaboration with the IT giant and their "Summer Together" project this year. As part of the corporate event, Yandex employees were immersed in our bureau's fascinating city tours every week. On Saturdays, six individual groups embarked on a journey through Moscow's cultural attractions, accompanied not only by guides but also by curators who assisted with organizational matters and assessed the guests' impressions. After each tour, participants shared their feedback in the corporate automated system. Our guides immersed participants in the atmosphere of "The Soul of Moscow" (a tour through the alleys of Kitay-gorod), the grandiose VDNKh, Gilyarovsky's Moscow, and the cozy Zamoskvorechye district. Bulgakov and Mayakovsky are two antipodes in Soviet literature. A writer and a poet, they created works that reflect different aspects of the era.
We're sharing the story of a unique series of signature tours for Faberlic. This captivating story began in July, when guide Anastasia led a private tour called "The Soul of Moscow" for a man and his daughter. This extraordinary journey was so impressive that, to his surprise, the man, who turned out to be the director of Faberlic, decided to organize a series of corporate tours for employees. And so it began! At the end of July, the first city tour, "Bypass," began, under the sensitive guidance of guide Anton. The participants' impressions exceeded all expectations. It was followed by a walk called "The Master and Margarita," this time in the company of our guide, Anastasia. The adventure began at the Mayakovsky monument, which raised many questions among the participants, as the tour's theme was Bulgakov. Read more...

Guide Anastasia led a tour for the employees of a private multidisciplinary clinic located near Petrovka Street. The clinic's director decided to organize the excursion so that the staff, who have worked in this historic district for over ten years, could finally learn more about the area's history. The purpose of the event was twofold: not only to learn about the rich history but also to organize a small corporate event with plenty of photos. Eleven employees attended the tour, and the chosen route was quite successful. The clinic's office is surrounded by numerous architectural landmarks that provide insight into the city's architectural development. Within a few minutes' walk, one can see classicism, modernism, and constructivism. The proximity of the Garden and Boulevard Rings facilitated a vivid discussion of Moscow's development. Read more...

Today, employees of the international pharmaceutical company Sanofi, headquartered in Paris and operating in over 100 countries, walked along the "Master and Margarita" tour route. There were about 100 people in total, divided into four groups. Each group had its own guide: Elena, Anastasia, Valeria, and Dmitry, who communicated with the guests via radio guides—tour radio headphones. At the request of the client, Maslov, a leading event agency, the start of the tour was moved to the client's office so that the tour participants, with time intervals between groups, would start directly from their work. First, we took a short stroll past the Satire Theater on Triumfalnaya Square and the Aquarium Garden—the site of Bulgakov's fictional Variety Theater. Read more...

How much more expensive are personal tours than mass tours?
If you are alone or in pairs, then a sum of several thousand for a walking tour of the city or twenty thousand for a car excursion is significant.
But if you're going for a walk with family or friends, the cost for an individual participant approaches one or two thousand - the amount that each person would pay for a group excursion with strangers.
For your group of 8 or more people, the price becomes even lower when calculated per person, making a private tour truly attractive.

A mass excursion is tourism, an individual excursion is a journey through the city’s secrets with a personal guide.
