- The cost is shared among your party. A walking tour from 7,000 ₽ works out at 1,750 ₽ per person for four guests, or 1,400 ₽ per person for five. And the guide works exclusively with you.

Six questions to ask before a private tour
Everything you may wish to know before booking.
Who will be joining me?
Only the people you invite. We never add strangers to a private tour, so other people’s lateness, jokes, disagreements and questions cannot affect your route or the atmosphere.
How do you choose the guide, and when will I know their name?
We consider the route, the composition of your party, the children’s ages and language, your preferred pace and the style of experience you would like. One guide may specialise in architecture or literature, while another excels at family programmes, theatre or Moscow’s drinking culture. We let you know the guide’s name in advance, and you can view their profile on the website.
Can we change the pace, take breaks and adjust the route?
Yes. You can linger by a building you particularly like, stop for coffee, take photographs, shorten one section and explore another in greater depth. Major changes, transport and additional hours are best arranged in advance.
Can a small private group really visit places that group tours do not?
Sometimes, yes, but it depends on the particular route and the venue’s rules. It is easier for a small party to remain quiet in a courtyard, entrance hall or small museum. We do not promise access behind closed doors without permission; instead, we explain the genuine possibilities in advance.
What additional costs might there be?
We agree these costs before the tour. Drinks and food on an alcohol-themed tour, museum admission, and tickets for the Sun of Moscow, Flying Over Moscow at Zaryadye or Panorama 360 may be charged separately. If the venue requires an admission ticket for the guide, this will also be discussed in advance.
What happens in the event of bad weather, rescheduling or cancellation?
First, we will offer to reschedule the tour for a convenient date or suggest a suitable alternative format. If rescheduling does not work for you, the refund will depend on the tour format. For a walking tour, if you cancel before the day of the tour, we will almost always refund the advance payment in full; if you cancel on the day of the tour, we will deduct a small payment to compensate the guide for the time reserved. For a car tour, we will also deduct the cost of the transport already booked, which we are required to pay to the operator even if the car has not yet been dispatched. We will also deduct any other non-refundable expenses agreed in advance, such as tickets already purchased. We will refund the remaining amount and provide a breakdown.
