16:30 Guides arrive at the starting point of the excursion (the courtyard of the Client's office). The supervising guide calls the coordinator from the Client on site and informs that the guides have arrived.
16:30 The radio guide logistician arrives at the venue, enters the Client's office and distributes the equipment. The equipment's functionality is checked.
16:45 The first group comes out into the yard. The accompanying person of the group from the Client hands over the transmitter (radio microphone) to the guide of the first group. The guide checks the functionality of the transmitter.

17:00 The second group descends, the guide receives the RP, checks it and starts.
