We prepare glasses and a fruit plate, and order a bottle of sparkling wine from a wine shop—the client's colleague's favorite. We bring the "props" to the starting point. The driver, Valdis, as usual, drives a Mercedes and is wearing a shirt. The guide was also warned that the tour is a date. It's Monday morning, and the phone rings: "We have high-ranking guests arriving from Uzbekistan in two hours. We urgently need a tour, please help!" The holidays are a time for gift certificates. Our most popular gift certificates for excursions are the "choose your own" theme. However, sometimes customers know exactly what theme they want their recipients to attend. One certificate ordered on December 21st was "Hot Spots." The adult children ordered it for their parents as a gift. The certificate is valid for five months. But in today's world, it's sometimes hard to predict the date of the excursion. In March, Mosgortur contractors approached us with a request to conduct a tour for journalists from Saratov. These journalists were from the tourism industry. Our goal was to make them fall in love with Moscow. Here's a brief tour organization. We discussed all the details with the client, including the cost, and on May 28th, the group arrived at the designated route. We were required to lead the tour in a minibus from point to point. From the train station to the hotel, from the hotel to the Depot for breakfast, from the Depot to VDNKh, and from VDNKh to the Youth Palace. Along the way, we made them fall in love with the city—that's our job! Walking tour-quest for schoolchildren in English
With the school holidays approaching, along with several other requests for school excursions, we received a call from Natalia, an 8th-grade teacher. Natalia asked to conduct a tour with quest elements for her students. It would be in the vicinity of the Kremlin. She would speak in English. She immediately stated the number of students and the approximate dates. We assigned this request to our guide, Anastasia. The task: Organize a city tour for a group of 8 students and their accompanying teacher. The narration should be in English, preferably with quest elements. Bus excursion for schoolchildren from the Gamma-Delta Hotel
Early spring. A request for a May excursion for a large group of children from Tyumen and their parents by bus. The children, winners of a competition, received this excursion as a gift. We calculate the cost, select guides, and negotiate with partners who provide buses for large groups. We prepare documents for the drivers in advance: routes with meeting points, lists of participants, etc. The day of the excursion.
