Monday morning, the phone rings: "In two hours, high-ranking guests from Uzbekistan are flying in, we urgently need a tour, help us out!" The task: meet the guests at the exit of the hotel, take them to Red Square, where the guide will give them a basic tour for 2.5 hours, if possible, taking them to the "Flight" attraction in Zaryadye. Then the guests need to be taken to the Oceanarium at VDNKh, where the guide will take them for a walk and leave them. And after the oceanarium, the driver will take the guests back to the hotel. According to the customer, all this should take 5-6 hours.
We urgently organize an excursion: we find a free guide and driver with a car among our team. We check with the driver regarding child seats, since the high-ranking guest took his small (under 3 years old) children on the train. We coordinate the guide and driver according to time, stops, and context.
At the appointed place and time, the driver and guide met the guests and, as agreed, took them first to Red Square. Everything went according to plan, and everyone was happy. However, they weren't able to take the guests to the "Flight" attraction, as, firstly, tickets had to be booked in advance, and secondly, children under 128 cm tall were not allowed. They went on private tour of VDNKh, they're strolling. The guide says goodbye to the guests, and, by coincidence, the driver says goodbye too...
While the guests are in the Oceanarium, we are looking for a replacement car. There are no free Mercedes minivans or minibuses. We order two business class taxis, which an hour and a half later were already meeting our guests who had walked around the Oceanarium. The car, by the way, was delivered right to the entrance, as requested.
After the aquarium, a taxi, at the request of the guests, takes them not to the hotel, but to the Arbat to a cafe. We change the taxi route on the fly.
The guests are happy, this is the main thing for us!
