1. Data and Purposes
This consent applies only to the data I provide in the submitted form and to the purposes of that form:
- in the tour or gift certificate order form — name, telephone number, email address, details of the order, group composition, date, time, route, preferences, delivery and chosen payment method; purposes — handling the enquiry, preparing a quotation, concluding and performing the contract, communication, payment, delivery, organising the tour and handling complaints;
- in the comment or review form — name or pseudonym, email address and text; purposes — verification, moderation and feedback;
- in the payment form accessed via a personalised link — name, telephone number, email address, payment purpose and details; purposes — creating the order, accepting and recording payment, and payment-related communication.
I am not required to provide special categories of personal data, information about criminal convictions or biometric personal data, and I ask that such information not be entered in free-text fields.
2. Permitted Actions
I authorise the collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer to persons involved in fulfilling the stated purpose, blocking, deletion and destruction of data, whether or not automated means are used.
3. Recipients
For this purpose, the processing of data may be entrusted to the hosting provider, and data may be transferred to email and business communication providers, including the company’s administrative Gmail account operated by Google LLC; to the payment provider and bank when payment is made online; via private internal Telegram notifications; and to a guide, carrier, supplier of equipment or tickets, or another contractor, to the extent necessary to fulfil the booking. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.
This consent does not authorise the publication of my personal data in the public domain and does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications. Separate consent to dissemination is requested before publishing a name or pseudonym and the text of a review.
4. Duration and Withdrawal
This consent remains valid until the purpose of processing has been achieved or until it is withdrawn, unless longer processing is required to perform the contract or fulfil a legal obligation. Consent may be withdrawn by sending an email to mos.radius@gmail.com with the subject line “Withdrawal of Consent to the Processing of Personal Data”. The email should include a name, contact details for a response, and information enabling the submitted form or order to be located.
Unless there is another lawful basis, the controller will cease processing and destroy the data within the period prescribed by law. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any actions taken before it was received.
5. Confirmation
Consent is confirmed by an affirmative action — personally ticking a checkbox that is not pre-selected and submitting the form. The controller retains the date, the form source, the version of the consent wording and the identifier of the associated record. Technical network identifiers are not included in the consent record.
