1. Data Permitted for Dissemination

I do not permit the dissemination of: my email address, telephone number, IP address, technical identifiers, account information or other contact or administrative data. These must not be displayed on a public page.
2. Purpose and Channels of Dissemination
The purpose is to publish a review of the tour bureau’s services and inform visitors. The permitted data may be made available to an unlimited number of people on the pages of mos-radius.ru and its language versions, in technical page caches, and in the results of search engines that have indexed the published page.
3. Conditions and Restrictions
The controller may edit only the technical formatting, correct obvious typographical errors without changing the meaning, moderate the review or delete it. The controller is prohibited from publishing the contact and technical data listed above, distributing the text as a standalone contact database, or using the published data for marketing communications.
If I require any additional individual restrictions or conditions, I will submit them before publication to mos.radius@gmail.com. The review must not be published until such conditions have been agreed.
4. Third-Party Data
I confirm that I will not include another person’s personal data in the review without a lawful basis. If such information is found, the controller may conceal it or decline to publish the review.
5. Duration and Termination of Dissemination
This consent remains valid until the review is deleted or a request to cease dissemination is received. The request may be sent to mos.radius@gmail.com with the subject line “Cease Dissemination of Personal Data” and must include a name, contact details for a response, the page address and the data whose dissemination should cease. The controller will cease dissemination within the period prescribed by law; removal from the caches and search results of independent search engines may require a separate update to their indexes.
6. Confirmation
This consent is given separately from consent to ordinary processing and is confirmed by personally ticking a checkbox that is not pre-selected. Silence or inaction does not constitute consent.
