Adventures of the Germans in Moscow. Part 3
On Wednesday, the guests had free time from excursions: during the day they relaxed and went shopping, and in the evening they attended a comedy performance.
The next day, a minivan took the guests to Kubinka to the Museum and Temple Complex of the Russian Armed Forces. We looked at the main temple of the Armed Forces, walked around the territory and went into the museum, where we took audio guides, but it would have been interesting without them, because the exhibition was organized excellently - everything is very modern. As a result, the ladies stayed there for two hours.
By the way, next to the museum there are points with various dishes: kebabs, pancakes, dumplings. It was hot - +29°, and since the young ladies did not wear hats, they sat down for lunch at a table under a canopy.
After this, foreign tourists visited the "Victory Field" exhibition with a guide, where the battle near the village of Akulovo unfolds as if in real time. Guests saw how the dugouts, machine gun emplacements, and field kitchen were constructed.
While the tourists were waiting for the driver of the minivan, they went into the temple again, took the elevator to the cathedral and looked at a temporary exhibition in the gallery next to the exit to the observation deck. It was dedicated to the family of Alexander III and the love story of Nicholas II and Alexandra Fedorovna.
Then the guests went to dinner at the White Sun of the Desert restaurant on Neglinka.
The next day, the German ladies planned to go to another calling card of the city - VDNKh. You can read about this in the next report.
You can also book the tour «Customizable dream excursion» and other tours.
