The next day, “our foreigners” went by minivan at VDNKh, where they were given a sightseeing tour with elements of a culinary tour. The ladies visited "Armenia" and the "Eastern Teahouse," learning about the culinary traditions of different cultures, and visited the "Moscow Model" pavilion.
A family from Germany decided to dine at Moscow Sky, a restaurant that positions its cuisine as Soviet. It has exquisite interiors, decorated in the style of the artist Alexander Deineka. There are paintings on the walls, and each one has an airplane.
After lunch, the excursionists went to the Smart City pavilion, where they joined a 45-minute excursion in Russian for free. Then we briefly visited the Housing and Public Utilities Museum.
Lidiya Grigoryevna wanted to ride the Ferris wheel "Solntse Moskvy" near the housing and utilities department. This is the tallest wheel in Europe, its height is 140 meters.
Not far from Solnets Moskvy, Lidiya Grigoryevna bought cucumber, tomato, and dill seeds to plant at home. "In Germany, plants are grown in buckets," she said.
