Beginning of spring. Request for a tour in May for a large group of children from Tyumen and their parents by bus. The children, winners of the competition, received this tour as a gift.
We calculate the cost, select guides, negotiate with partners who provide buses for large groups. We prepare documents for drivers in advance: routes with meeting places for groups, lists of excursionists, etc.
Excursion day. Everything is great: the group is on site (in the lobby of the Izmailovo Gamma-Delta Hotel), the drivers arrive on time, despite the closure of some streets due to the upcoming parade, the guides are also on site - they arrived early.

The groups are seated on buses and the tour begins. But on one of the buses the microphone stops working. It is not possible to send another bus, since there are many overlaps, and it simply will not have time to get there in an hour.

Solution: a guide on a bus with a non-working microphone sits in the center of the cabin and conducts a tour through a portable loudspeaker.
After a standard sightseeing tour, the guides disembark in the Poklonnaya Gora area, and the drivers take the tourists to the airport.
Thus, in one of the groups, not everything went as planned. Since there had been similar problems with this transport provider, after this excursion we refused their services and apologized to the customer. The second group is delighted.

Two and a half hours of fascinating stories and urban theatre legends. I'll tell you one:
The great composer Sergei Prokofiev lived in Kamergersky Lane. And he managed to die on the same day as Stalin. There was a terrible crush in Moscow, everything was blocked off, the entire capital wanted to say goodbye to the leader. So, to see Prokofiev off, the coffin was carried out from Kamergersky Lane on the roofs. I can vividly imagine this picture.
