A three-day personal voyage of a guest from Romania: from dental to Moscow bridges
The girl, who came to Moscow from Romania, lives in the small town of Kraevo in the south of the country. She is a dentist-implantologist by profession. She has many years of study behind her: 6 years at the university and another 5 years in the surgical department. She is engaged exclusively in the construction of bridges in the jaw, to which implants are then attached, and her colleagues do all the rest of the work. Her own dental clinic is not just a business, but the result of her hard work and skill. Apparently, she is successful and works a lot. She lives in a house near Kraevo, which she gets to in half an hour. She also has a cozy home in Zanzibar, which she calls a dacha.
Our guest came to Moscow to improve her qualifications. This is her second visit to Russia: the first time she visited St. Petersburg. The walking tour of VDNKh in English on the first day left a vivid impression, but the guest was most impressed by the capital's metro. For her, this was her first acquaintance with the Moscow underground - she was even a little hesitant on the escalators, although she had been to the St. Petersburg metro before.
The next day began with an individual walk around the center of the capital. The weather, alas, was not good: it started raining almost as soon as they got to the center. Under an umbrella, they headed to GUM, where the girl exchanged money on the third floor at the VTB bank. While they were wandering around the spacious halls of GUM, the rain subsided, and they managed to walk around Red Square and look into Zaryadye. They decided to have lunch at a Georgian restaurant. Our guest tried tkemali and was pleased - the cuisine was really top-notch, although not cheap.
After lunch, the agency driver, Sergey, came to pick them up to take them to the Cathedral of Christ the Savior. There they leisurely examined the first and second floors. Our guest bought an icon of the Trinity, which the guide described as one of the main icons. Their path then ran through Vorobyovy Gory, then to Victory Park and the Ukraine high-rise to admire the view of Moscow City from the observation deck. The weather left no hope - sometimes it started raining, sometimes the sun broke through the clouds, giving warm minutes. The wind, bringing cold with the rain, changed its mood abruptly. Our guest, who took only one pair of sandals, bravely overcame all the weather vagaries in them for three days.
Today they visited the Kremlin grounds. After a short break, the guide and the guest went to have lunch at a buffet restaurant. The girl was impressed by what she saw and experienced and is already making plans for a new visit to winter Moscow to show the city to her aunt.

Thank you and Masha for yesterday!
The speakers are happy. The connection in the headphones often failed, especially at the checkpoint, but this is our current life situation. It was audible if they were standing close, no further than 1.5 meters. Colleagues have already asked for your contacts. I will gladly share and will be glad to have a new opportunity to work with you. Special thanks to the Director for the Bureau
Note: excursion "Heart of the capital» for participants of the Moscow Oncology Forum 2025. Guides - Anastasia and Maria
It was very interesting to hear how the Krasnaya district developed. Presni, how Prokhorov's figure influenced the development of our city. A pleasant dive into a quiet, previously unexplored area!

I wanted to express my gratitude once again for the wonderful excursion on Saturday - we really enjoyed the walk, the information and the communication with you, then we discussed for a long time what everyone remembered and what struck them. It would seem that you have lived in Moscow all your life, there was Moscow studies at school, but it turns out that you still don’t know so much!! In general, thank you very much, my mother said it was the best gift for her birthday!

"Theater capital" - an author's route through the places of Meyerhold, Stanislavsky, Nemirovich-Danchenko, Tairov (undeservedly forgotten, it was he who created the current Pushkin Theatre on Tverskoy Boulevard).
Two and a half hours of fascinating stories and urban theatre legends. I'll tell you one:
The great composer Sergei Prokofiev lived in Kamergersky Lane. And he managed to die on the same day as Stalin. There was a terrible crush in Moscow, everything was blocked off, the entire capital wanted to say goodbye to the leader. So, to see Prokofiev off, the coffin was carried out from Kamergersky Lane on the roofs. I can vividly imagine this picture.
