We got it in November team of guides For private tours of Moscow. November is traditionally the off-season, and while tours were scarce, we spent our time, among other things, searching for new guides!
Nastya selected candidates and made Anton’s schedule, and our artistic director was provided with a two-week long marathon: almost every day Anton interviewed three or four guides for the bureau.
We reviewed more than 300 applications, and approximately 30 people reached the interview stage.
Total: 7 high-class city tour guides joined our team.
Most of them have already conducted at least one excursion for Radius. Many have a high level (C2) of English - guides-translators.
But selecting the best guides is not enough. We need to transfer to them the management of excursions from our excursion menu.
Well, let's say, even a cool programmer (developer), when coming to a new place of work, first studies the project on which he will have to work, reads the documentation, listens to the project manager, reads code fragments. So it is at "Radius": we train tour guides to conduct our author's routes.
