Again for Russian Railways. This time - a tour of China Town "Soul of Moscow"

We have already carried out a series of excursions for JSC Russian Railways around Moscow City. This time we led the railway workers through the alleys of Kitay-Gorod as part of the “Soul of Moscow” route.

Since the number of excursionists was more than 240 people, we divided everyone into 16 groups: 4 groups per day.

After receiving the request, we sent the contract to the customers, agreed on it with the lawyer of Russian Railways, and issued an invoice. We distributed the groups according to the specified dates, at a time convenient for both us and the customer, and sent the lists to JSC Russian Railways. In response, we received lists of excursionists for each group.

The Kitay-gorod tour “Soul of Moscow” is quite intimate, so it was not advisable to include more than 20 tourists in each group. The start time of the tour for each group was also indicated differently, so that there would be no overlaps. 

In anticipation of the start of this series of excursions, guides were given branded signs with recognizable Russian Railways logos, so that excursionists could more easily see their guide at the appointed time and place. We checked the presence of microphones with the guides, and warned them about the need to charge them well.

Everyone was included in their corporate excursions. Most groups thanked the guides with applause upon completion.

  25. This is the second time I've been walking and wandering around Moscow with the private excursion bureau Radius. The founder, native Muscovite Anton Latynin, a theater and art critic, leads the excursions himself and out of love.

    "Theater capital" - an author's route through the places of Meyerhold, Stanislavsky, Nemirovich-Danchenko, Tairov (undeservedly forgotten, it was he who created the current Pushkin Theatre on Tverskoy Boulevard).

    Two and a half hours of fascinating stories and urban theatre legends. I'll tell you one:

    The great composer Sergei Prokofiev lived in Kamergersky Lane. And he managed to die on the same day as Stalin. There was a terrible crush in Moscow, everything was blocked off, the entire capital wanted to say goodbye to the leader. So, to see Prokofiev off, the coffin was carried out from Kamergersky Lane on the roofs. I can vividly imagine this picture.
