That evening Vladimir Mayakovsky thoughtfully wandered the streets of the capital, reflecting on the nature of art and its influence on society. It was a turbulent time, and Moscow was seething with new ideas and movements, like a huge cauldron in which thoughts and passions boil. In the light of the lanterns illuminating the pavements, the poet pondered his upcoming meeting with an influential patron and collector Pavel TretyakovHe knew that the conversation would not be easy, but he hoped that his extraordinary ideas would find a response in the soul of this man.
The organization of the meeting was connected with two important events: the opening of a new exhibition at the Tretyakov Gallery and the publication of a new book of Mayakovsky's poems. Pavel Mikhailovich, a passionate admirer of art, wanted to discuss with the poet the possibility of holding a joint event that would unite literature and painting in one space. The idea was ambitious and required careful development.
On the appointed day, Mayakovsky, full of determination, entered the spacious halls of the Tretyakov Gallery. Their meeting took place among the masterpieces of Russian masters, whose canvases seemed to be witnesses to the conversation itself. Tretyakov, possessing a subtle sense of beauty, listened attentively to the poet's proposals, while outside the window it began to rain, giving the conversation a special intimacy.
Mayakovsky, always striving for innovation, suggested using modern technologies to create a multimedia performance in which poems would come to life on screens, interacting with paintings. Tretyakov, thoughtfully stroking his beard, imagined how this might look. He understood that this was not just a project, but a challenge to tradition, and was ready to support the poet in his daring endeavors.
At the end of the meeting, despite the difference in age and views, the two geniuses came to an understanding. They decided to join forces to realize their common dream of a synthesis of the arts. This idea, born within the walls of the gallery, became the beginning of a new stage in the cultural life of Moscow.

The speakers are happy. The connection in the headphones often failed, especially at the checkpoint, but this is our current life situation. It was audible if they were standing close, no further than 1.5 meters. Colleagues have already asked for your contacts. I will gladly share and will be glad to have a new opportunity to work with you. Special thanks to the Director for the Bureau

"Theater capital" - an author's route through the places of Meyerhold, Stanislavsky, Nemirovich-Danchenko, Tairov (undeservedly forgotten, it was he who created the current Pushkin Theatre on Tverskoy Boulevard).
Two and a half hours of fascinating stories and urban theatre legends. I'll tell you one:
The great composer Sergei Prokofiev lived in Kamergersky Lane. And he managed to die on the same day as Stalin. There was a terrible crush in Moscow, everything was blocked off, the entire capital wanted to say goodbye to the leader. So, to see Prokofiev off, the coffin was carried out from Kamergersky Lane on the roofs. I can vividly imagine this picture.
