Moscow, a summer evening. The Kremlin walls rise majestically, reflecting the reflections of the setting sun. Two men, two geniuses, two giants of Russian literature, Fyodor Dostoevsky and Nikolai Gogol, stroll along the cobblestones, walking slowly. There is no wind, only a light breeze refreshes their thoughts.
“Dear Nikolai Vasilyevich,” began Fyodor Mikhailovich, “what do you think the ancient Romans would have said if they had seen the grandeur of our Kremlin?”
Gogol, interrupting his thoughts, answered with a smile: - Oh, they would certainly be surprised! After all, although there were many miracles in Rome, they would not have seen such an interesting combination of power and beauty.
They stopped at the Spasskaya Tower, which overlooked Red Square, where Moscow life was bustling. It seemed that echoes of ancient Rome were intertwined with the sounds of modernity. At that moment, Gogol, looking thoughtfully into the distance, suddenly said:
- You know, Fyodor Mikhailovich, this Kremlin is like the Colosseum. It holds many stories, and if stones could talk, how much would they tell us?
- That's true, - Dostoevsky agreed. - How many words, how many destinies intersected here! And what if we imagine that gladiator fights took place here in Moscow? Do you think the Kremlin would witness such events?
Gogol laughed: - Hardly, my friend. Moscow has always been famous for its character, but kindness has always lived in its heart. However, who knows how everything would have turned out?
The walk continued. Passers-by, unaware of the significance of these two figures, passed by, busy with their own affairs. But for our heroes this evening was special - it was filled with history, fantasies and dreams.
It gradually grew dark, and the shadows of the Kremlin towers grew longer. The air became fresh, and the stars began to make their way across the sky. Gogol and Dostoevsky continued their journey, leaving behind traces on the eternal pavement, a witness to millennia and many destinies.

The speakers are happy. The connection in the headphones often failed, especially at the checkpoint, but this is our current life situation. It was audible if they were standing close, no further than 1.5 meters. Colleagues have already asked for your contacts. I will gladly share and will be glad to have a new opportunity to work with you. Special thanks to the Director for the Bureau

"Theater capital" - an author's route through the places of Meyerhold, Stanislavsky, Nemirovich-Danchenko, Tairov (undeservedly forgotten, it was he who created the current Pushkin Theatre on Tverskoy Boulevard).
Two and a half hours of fascinating stories and urban theatre legends. I'll tell you one:
The great composer Sergei Prokofiev lived in Kamergersky Lane. And he managed to die on the same day as Stalin. There was a terrible crush in Moscow, everything was blocked off, the entire capital wanted to say goodbye to the leader. So, to see Prokofiev off, the coffin was carried out from Kamergersky Lane on the roofs. I can vividly imagine this picture.
