One of the grey and rainy days of autumn Moscow, when the city was drowning in dampness and cold, something strange happened at one of the capital's markets. It was the very market where noisy traders always offered their goods, and the beauty of the diverse stalls pleased the eye. That day, two legendary figures of the past gathered there - Marina Tsvetaeva and Mikhail Bulgakov.
They say that the spirits of great writers sometimes return to the places where they once lived and worked. So this time, the ghosts of Tsvetaeva and Bulgakov decided to stroll through the Moscow market, immersing themselves in the atmosphere of the past. They enjoyed the noise and bustle, when they suddenly noticed that strange things were starting to happen around them.
At first, it was just small stuff: wallets disappearing, small items lost. But soon the scale of the theft became more serious. People started to panic, and the sellers started to swear, not knowing how to explain the disappearance of their goods. Marina and Mikhail, worried about what was happening, decided to investigate the matter. They noticed that at the center of all the events there was a strange man in a long coat, who was mysteriously moving between the rows.
Bulgakov, with his usual boldness, approached the suspicious character and asked what he was up to. In response, he heard only a rude hiss, and the figure disappeared into the crowd, leaving behind only a cold wind. Tsvetaeva, with her poetic intuition, realized that this was not a man at all, but something supernatural, caused by the old sins and injustice of this place.
By joining forces, Bulgakov and Tsvetaeva decided to save the market from disaster. They recalled an old legend that only the power of goodness and honesty can drive out evil. Having sent the message throughout the market, they gathered people and proposed to perform a ritual to drive out the curse.
And so, when the last ray of sun broke through the gray clouds, everyone gathered at the market, holding hands, began to repeat the words that Tsvetaeva had suggested to them. Suddenly, the cold wind that had accompanied the strange man disappeared, and with it the curse itself. People began to find their things, and the atmosphere of the market became lively and joyful again.
Bulgakov and Tsvetaeva, pleased with the result, disappeared into the evening air, leaving Muscovites grateful and delighted with their unexpected help.
