We conduct excursions around Moscow on a Mercedes Sprinter minibus for groups from 7 to 19 people. For larger numbers of people, buses with 30-50 seats are used, for smaller numbers - minivans of the same German brand.
In March, Mosgortur contractors approached us with a request to conduct a tour for journalists from Saratov. These journalists were from the tourism industry. Our goal was to make them fall in love with Moscow. Here's a brief tour organization. We discussed all the details with the client, including the cost, and on May 28th, the group arrived at the designated route. We were required to lead the tour in a minibus from point to point. From the train station to the hotel, from the hotel to the Depot for breakfast, from the Depot to VDNKh, and from VDNKh to the Youth Palace. Early spring. A request for a May excursion for a large group of children from Tyumen and their parents by bus. The children, winners of a competition, received this excursion as a gift. We calculate the cost, select guides, and negotiate with partners who provide buses for large groups. We prepare documents for the drivers in advance: routes with meeting points, lists of participants, etc. The day of the excursion. Everything is perfect: the group is on site (in the lobby of the Izmailovo Gamma-Delta Hotel), the drivers arrive on time despite some street closures due to the upcoming parade, and the guides are also there, having arrived early. On Friday evening, we received a call from the Academy of the Ministry of Education. The client, Elena, asked if we could organize a city tour for… 180 students, schoolchildren, and their chaperones. I said we were ready. I spoke with Anton. We decided we would, especially since the organizer was providing buses, which was very convenient. We were also asked that our guides not only welcome the tour participants on Red Square but also accompany them on the buses from the hotel, explaining the history of the surrounding area. Corporate excursion by bus for guests from Udmurtia
We received a request for 24 people: guests from Udmurtia, a corporate excursion. We accepted the order, created a program, signed a contract, and conducted a long sightseeing tour by bus and a shortened tour of VDNKh. Group meeting point: Domodedovo Airport, 8:30 AM. A private 6-hour sightseeing tour of Moscow.
